When I was raving in los angeles, I was dismayed by how quickly the mode of freedom, force, and love, faded at 4 am. At this time I was doing notebooks, and found that the spiritual achievement could be partly carried into the day through the actions in the notebooks. This insight is a big part of Mill Star*.
